You can permanently delete your Groxza account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it, depending on whether you still have the app installed.
Open Groxza → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account immediately; no waiting period.
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, request deletion by email instead:
Send this from (or clearly state) the email address tied to your Groxza account so we can verify it's you. We process email requests within 30 days.
Any connected YouTube channel, Facebook Page, or Instagram account is disconnected and its stored access token revoked immediately as part of deletion.
As described in our Privacy Policy, some transaction records may be retained in anonymized form where needed for fraud-prevention and accounting integrity — this data can no longer be linked back to you once your account is deleted.
